How We Roast
At High Wired Coffee Roasters, we roast all of our coffee utilizing fluid-bed air roasters. Air roasting produces extraordinary coffee with a clean taste that is intensely aromatic. A fluid-bed air roaster keeps the bean aloft which keeps the beans from touching a hot drum surface. This is what virtually eliminates the acids and bitter tar flavors often tasted in coffees roasted by other methods. Even at our darkest roasts, the coffee is smooth, flavorful and sure to please. Each of our single origin coffees is unique in its own right and our selections change frequently.
